Evernote is a popular note-taking service that has become a staple for many businesses and individuals alike. As an IT admin, it's important to know how to use the service effectively and securely. One of the most important aspects of note-taking is the ability to archive and hide notes. Fortunately, Evernote provides a few different ways to do this.

The first way to hide or archive a note in Evernote is to use the “Archive” feature. This feature is available in the web and desktop versions of Evernote and allows you to quickly move notes to an archived state. In the web version, simply click the “Archive” button on the right side of the note. In the desktop version, right-click on the note and select “Archive”.

This feature is especially useful for notes that contain sensitive information that you don't want to be visible to everyone in your organization.

The third way to hide or archive a note in Evernote is to use the “Move to Trash” feature.
