Remote IT support techs during Covid
During Covid, Gimbal transferred to a remote working company. As part of that process, they needed a technicians accessible remotely to handle their team's issues with IT.
By accessing our technologist who is proficient in supporting their systems, we were able to easily integrate into their system by just adding a shared slack channel with them. Everytime they had a problem, they just need to ping us in the channel and we're able to solve it in a timely and quick manner.
